Construction of metal counterweights

Our company has been specialized in the manufacture of metal counterweights and supplies all the major elevator manufacturers in Greece.

We obtain high quality metal sheet of various sizes from European steel factories to very low prices without an intermediary. The procurement is stable in very large quantities and not temporary.

These counterweights are rectangular and can be manufactured in any size required. We cut the material into the dimensions of each order with scissors for iron sheet cutting and then straighten it on roller machines to be completely flat. Thus, when one counterweight is placed over the other, there is no gap between them

Because the quantity of material is very large, we do research on the promotion of counterweights outside of Greece. The price of the counterweight is even lower than the purchase price of the sheet metal and changes every 1st of the month, depending on the changes in the price of iron made in the previous month.

This sheet of steel is at a very good price because it is of various sizes and thicknesses of 10 to 15 mm. Of course, every quantity we buy is of the same thickness, but they do not mention it in advance.

The counterweights are delivered to our headquarters on disinfestated pallets with packaging film and tied with metal straps for safe transportation. Each palette displays the dimensions of the counterweights, their weight and the order number so that they can accompany the lift without the slightest work on them.

Our company can manufacture iron bases of any thickness and size, with the corresponding holes, which are made in a press to not affect the quality of the iron.

Construction of iron bases for road guardrails

Our company supplies the bases to all major road guardrails manufacturers in Greece, according to the specifications of the Ministry of Public Works.
